Scheduled and Charter

The supervision activity on scheduled and charter flights includes the coordination of ground operations, from the management of handling services (check-in, loading/unloading of baggage, refueling, catering) to the monitoring of boarding and disembarking times. We ensure compliance with airport security regulations and resolve any operational unforeseen events, such as delays or cancellations. For charter flights, we offer a personalized service, adapted to the needs of passengers.

Military and Cargo

Our cargo and military flight supervision and coordination activity focuses on the efficient organization of logistical and technical operations. We manage cargo loading/unloading, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, coordinating ground activities and aircraft refueling. We monitor compliance with timing and operating procedures. For military flights, we manage special authorizations and ensure confidentiality and security in operations.

General Aviation

General aviation flight supervision includes customized management of operations, from flight planning and obtaining authorizations to coordinating ground services such as refueling and flight documentation. We ensure safety and compliance with regulations, adapting every detail to the needs of pilots and passengers. We manage VIP assistance, reception and logistics, ensuring discretion and flexibility.
